The most common feedback I get from parents is that I am very patient. I have learned through my experience that getting frustrated with students does not help anything. This is why I focus on positive reinforcement rather than negative punishment. This means that I don't want to punish students for making mistakes because it is necessary for learning. Instead, I like to reward students when they get things correct, which keeps the classroom atmosphere positive.
