ヨーロッパではサマータイムが始まりました。時間が1時間進んだので日本とドイツの時差は7時間になりました。
サマータイムとは太陽が出ている明るい時間を有効に使うための制度です。
しかし、サマータイムに対する反対意見もたくさんあり、EUは2021年でサマータイムを廃止することにしました。しかし、なぜか今年もサマータイムを続けるそうです。
私は海外にいる生徒とのオンラインレッスンがあるので、サマータイムが始まる前は時間がずれていないかどうかとても心配になります。ヨーロッパに住んでいる人の中には「ここ数日寝不足です」という人もいるかもしれません。私も昨日と今日よく眠れませんでした。
みなさんはサマータイムについてどう思いますか？

時差：じさ　time difference
~を有効（ゆうこう）に使（つか）う：make good use of~, make the most of ~, use effectively
反対意見：はんたいいけん　opposite opinion
廃止（はいし）する：abolish
なぜか：for some reason

In questo podcast parlo di Medellìn, una delle città più conosciute della Colombia, come è cambiata dopo essere stata al centro delle dispute tra i gruppi armati per poco più di trent'anni, e adesso come si è trasformata in una città allegra, attiva non soltanto a livello economico ma anche culturale; come la gente ha cambiato la loro storia e adesso è una città bella e piena di arte. こんばんは！
Japanese daily life podcast のAtsushiです。
このPodcastは、日本語を勉強しているみなさんに向けたPodcastです。


この前、病院に行ったので、そのことについて話します。
みなさんの国では、病院をよく使いますか？
あまり行かないですか？
もちろん、人によると思いますが、一般的にはどうでしょうか？
一般的に、は普通は、とかたくさんの人は、とかに近い意味です。

日本では、病院をよく使うと思います。
小さい時から、かぜを引いた時や、怪我をした時、アレルギーがある時、など、いろんな時に病院を利用します。

日本語でー科を紹介しますね！
小児科しょうにか
外科げか
内科ないか
耳鼻咽喉科じびいんこうか
眼科がんか
歯科しか
皮膚科ひふか
循環器科じゅんかんきか
脳神経外科のうしんけいげか
産婦人科さんふじんか
泌尿器科ひにょうきか

などなど、いろんなー科がありますね。
ぼくは花粉やホコリなどのアレルギーがあるので、耳鼻咽喉科や皮膚科はよく使います。歯科は定期的に行くようにしていましたが、北海道に来てからはまだ行っていません。

それで、今回は外科に行きました。
右腕が肘に近いあたりが急に腫れてきました。
もしかしたら1月の前半に雪ですべってこけた時のことが影響してるかもしれないです。

それで、悪くなると良くないので、次の日に病院に行きました。骨をレントゲンで撮ってもらいましたが、骨には異常はありませんでした。腕にとても熱があったので、痛み止めなど薬をもらいました。薬を飲むと、少し腫れが引いてきました。血液検査もしてもらったんですが、血液にも特に異常はありませんでした。このまま治ってくれるといいんですが。

薬を1週間分、もらったので、これがなくなったら、もう1度病院に行く予定です。

以前はケガなどで病院に行くことなんてほとんどなかったんですが、この数年はよく病院に行っている気がします。

気をつけないといけないですね。
