Vocabulary connects to emotional memory, grammar creates balance, reading calms through breath, writing heals stress, speaking vibrates through the chest, and listening fosters compassion. Different languages such as Malay, English, Chinese, French, Dutch, and Italian resonate with the heart chakra in unique ways, from soothing rhythm to expressive melody. In this episode we will look at the following idioms:

4. 'Caught red handed' - Caught in the act of doing a crime.

夏休みに国内旅行をしたいと思って、日程を確認しているところなんです。自由に旅行したいので、団体旅行ではなく個人旅行がいいと思っているんです。
せっかくなので、少し遠出をして、３泊４日ぐらいがいいなぁと思っています。日帰り旅行は、旅行している感じがしないし。

友達は熱海に別荘があるみたいで、そこでのんびりするそうです。だから、夏休みの予定はすでに決まっているんですって。
私も早めに何とか今週中に決めて、新幹線の往復チケットか航空券を予約したいです。
