Varför finns det inte fler känslospektrum när man talar om hur man mår borde bli större, våga säga, jag mår inte så bra för jag är nervös, jag är stressad så jag mår sådär, jag mår dåligt för jag har ont i ryggen OSV. 

Detta podcast-avsnitt är en uppmaning till er att VÅGA säga hur ni faktiskt mår när ni får frågan. Jag ska försöka göra detsamma, jag vet hur svårt det är. Det är så himla mycket enklare att säga "Jag mår bra..." än att faktiskt vara ärlig.
