那么，这种健康码是怎么逐渐流行起来的？
2020年2月，中国疫情正处于最严重的时间。人们应该如何生活和工作成为焦点。此时，一个叫做“钟毅”的警察接到了政府的紧急任务——制定健康码。这是一个全新的想法。他们没有任何可以参考的东西。因此，颜色、图形结构、空间安排等每一个细节都需要反复确定。而这个过程，钟毅和他的团队用了48个小时。更新系统近30多次，接听咨询电话380多个，走访不同地区50多个。最终，他们制定出来了。感染了新冠病毒的人，医院会把病人的信息上传到健康码里面。他的健康码就会变成红色。跟他接触过的人健康码会变成黄色。而其他的人，则是绿色。当天下午，健康码正式向全国人民开放使用。“健康码”普及全国，为中国的防疫工作提供了一张地图。
行程码是由中国的通信公司制定的一种二维码。手机定位能告诉你14天内到过的所有地方的信息。在确保信息安全的情况下，为疫情防控、道路通行、出入境等提供了可靠的技术。
面对新冠病毒，中国实行的是“清零”政策，健康码和行程码的作用就体现出来了。根据你的行程和所接触人的情况，健康码和行程码会出现绿色、黄色、红色。绿色代表你很健康，没有感染新冠病毒。黄色代表你可能接触过感染新冠病毒的人。红色代表你跟感染新冠病毒的人有非常近的关系，你有90%的可能已经感染病毒了。

In this podcast we'll look into some answers to 3 common questions:

1. How to answer: ‘Tell me a bit about yourself.’

Before you'll go further - how would you do it yourself? What will your thinking be while answering?

Question One: The interviewer typically isn’t asking you about your weekend here. Take this opportunity to capture and distill the most important things they need to know about you as an employee—your most impactful job, the skills you’d most like to highlight, as well as some of the previous projects you feel showcase your abilities are all great options.

Question Two: Avoid responding with something that’s not genuine and communicates inauthenticity—saying something like ‘I work too hard!’ doesn’t come across well. Everyone has weaknesses—it’s how we manage them that’s important and expressing what you’ve already got underway to alter it is the key.

QUestion Three: This demands self-reflection and self-examination, focusing on problem solving skills and your attitude to challenges, conflict resolution and how you cope under pressure. Work through the S.T.A.R method if you get a little stuck: first, contextualise the situation for your interviewee by presenting the challenge in a professional manner and explain how it arose in the first place, then explain a little about where you fell in the group in relation to the task at hand.

Use some ideas aboe and also prepare your answers as well. At the end of the day - they are 'buying' your personality, not so much how you answer those questions so don't be shy being yourself, it countrs massively!

Job Interview Preparation. Tip 10. How to answer 3 common questions?

You're lying on the couch, bored, looking at videos on TikTok or YouTube. You watch a video of a dog swimming, and then switch to a cooking video, then to someone doing a weird dance.

But it doesn't help your boredom.

In fact, according to new research, it could make it even worse.

Researchers in Canada found that switching from one video to another, or moving forward or backward in the same video, can increase feelings of boredom.

In a study published by the American Psychological Association, the researchers did several experiments with more than 1,200 people.

In one experiment, participants were first given seven different five-minute videos they could switch between over 10 minutes. They were then given one 10-minute video to watch, without being able to fast-forward.

The participants reported lower levels of boredom when they watched the single 10-minute video, and found the experience to be more engaging and meaningful than when they switched between the shorter videos.

In another experiment, participants were found to be less bored when they watched a single 10-minute video than when they were given 10 minutes to skip forward and backward through a 50-minute video.

Katy Tam, one of the researchers, said digital switching — switching between videos or within a video itself — can make watching something feel meaningless, because you don't have time to engage with it or understand it.

"If people want a more enjoyable experience when watching videos, they can try to stay focused on the content and minimize digital switching," she said. "Just like paying for a more immersive experience in a movie theater, more enjoyment comes from immersing oneself in online videos rather than swiping through them."
