2) सजिलै - Sajilai - habit 
3) राम्रो बानी - Rāmrō bānī - Good habit 
4) नराम्रो बानी - naramro bani - Bad habit 
5) स्वास्थ्यको लागि हानिकारक - Svāsthyakō lāgi hānikāraka - Harmful to health
6) थाहा छ - Thāhā cha - (you) know / aware of the info 
7) निद्रा लाग्दैन - Nidrā lāgdaina - Can't sleep
