Issue de l'immigration causée par la guerre du Vietnam, la population chinoise - et plus largement de l'ancienne Indochine - nous offre aujourd'hui un voyage gastronomique incroyable ! Au menu, des légendes chinoises, l'histoire de l'émigration asiatique ainsi que la visite d'un temple bouddhiste !
