No 1. Fever 发烧 [fā shāo] 
eg：I had a fever: 我发烧了。
I had a fever and it lasted for three days. 我连续发烧了3天。

No 2: Sore, ache  疼[téng]
eg： My throat is sore: 我嗓子疼。wǒ sǎng zi téng。

No.3 Sore and pain酸痛[suān tòng]
eg: I feel pain and sore all over my body: 我浑身酸痛。wǒ hún shēn suān tòng。

No4. cough 咳嗽 [ké sou] 
eg: He was coughing all night. 
他一整个晚上都在咳嗽。tā yī zhěng gè wǎn shang dōu zài ké sou。

No 5：headache 头痛【tóu tòng】
eg: I‘ve got a headache. 我头痛。

Слова из эпизода: мо́лодость - период в жизни, когда человек молод и энергичен - youth, early adulthood; смешно́ - то, что вызывает смех, что-то забавное - funny, amusing, comical; кабы не - то же самое, что "если бы не" - if it weren't for; насмеялась бы до́сыта - означает "смеялась бы много" или "смеялась бы до конца" - would have laughed heartily, would have laughed to the fullest; никако́го порядка - отсутствие организации или системы - no order, disorder, chaos; проститься - расстаться - say goodbye, bid farewell; путём - с помощью или с использованием какого-либо способа; здесь: нормально - by means of, through, using; держаться - оставаться стабильным или поддерживаться - stay, remain, hold up; воля - свобода или способность делать что угодно - will, freedom; путаться на покор да смех - здесь фраза образно описывает беспорядок и смех - getting tangled up in chaos and laughter, getting confused amidst hilarity, mixing up in disorder and laughter; пожалеть - испытывать сожаление или жалость к кому-либо - regret, feel sorry for; гляди - в данном контексте используется для выражения ожидания или предположения - behold, look, see; позабыть - забыть - forget, neglect, overlook; родные - родственники, члены семьи или близкие люди - family, relatives, loved ones; смех, да и только - смех и ничего больше - laughter, and nothing more, just laughter; старина - старые, пожилые люди - old men, elderly people, seniors; взойти - войти, подняться - come in, rise, climb; вон скорее - означает "уходить отсюда как можно быстрее" - get out of here quickly, leave promptly, depart immediately.

What Type Of Employee Are you? Are you a Changer or a Runner?

‘‘Run‘‘ stands for the routine, well-defined processes. 

‘‘Change‘‘ — for expanding to the unknown, innovative or experimental. 

Runners and Changers are different people. 

A common mistake in companies is to combine Running and Changing in the same person. 

For example, Runner managers are good administrators. They are good at building processes within the department and making sure that daily tasks get done.

Changer managers are visionaries and strategists who aren’t strong in the day-to-day operations. They implement new projects and ideas.
