あたたかいうちに、ご飯を食べよう
日本にいるうちに、いろんな場所に行きたい
健康なうちに、いろんなチャレンジがしたい
今のうちに、引越の準備を進めよう

こんな感じですね。
今、この時間にしておかないと、あとでできなくなる、というような意味が入ります。

これは結構日常会話でも使います。
