《一个人待会儿，挺好》
网上，有这样一个精准击中成年人情绪的发问：为什么很多人开车回家，到楼下了还要在车里坐好久？
最多的回答是：“需要独处。”
很难说清成年人的生活中，一天之中有多少时间是完全属于自己的。我们的时间像一幅巨大的拼图，每一块拼图都被清晰地分配了任务：
在办公室里是效力的员工；在社交场合中，是应酬的一员；在家的屋檐下，是要尽责的成员……
当时间被精细地功能化之后，独处就像对机械运转的钟表按下了暂停键，给自己一个“换气”的出口。哪怕仅仅是在沙发上发一会呆、放空，都是有益身心健康的，它不一定产生直接价值，却能润物无声地修复心情，是生活里必要的布白。
