校則とは学校の中での規則のことです。日本では厳しすぎる校則が問題になっています。東京都の教育委員会は去年の4月、都立高校などにいくつかの校則について生徒や親などと一緒に必要かどうかを考えるように言いました。例えば、下着の色や髪の毛の色についての校則などです。その結果、全部の学校が今年4月から、5つの校則を廃止することを決めました。

多くの都立高校が4月から厳しい校則をなくす

 주말에 자연 속으로

요즘 많은 사람들이 바쁜 일상에서 벗어나 자연 속으로 떠나는 것을 좋아합니다. 저도 지난 주말에 친구들과 함께 산에 다녀왔습니다. 날씨가 아주 맑고 따뜻해서 등산하기에 딱 좋았어요. 아침 일찍 출발해서 산에 오르기 시작했는데, 처음에는 길이 좀 힘들었지만, 중간쯤 올라가자 시원한 바람이 불어서 기분이 좋아졌습니다. 산 중턱에서 잠시 쉬면서 도시에서는 보기 어려운 새소리를 들을 수 있었습니다.

정상에 도착했을 때는 땀이 많이 났지만, 눈앞에 펼쳐진 멋있는 풍경을 보자 피로가 싹 사라졌습니다. 도시의 높은 건물 대신 푸른 산과 맑은 하늘이 보이니 마음이 정말 편해졌습니다. 친구들과 사진도 찍고, 준비해 간 김밥과 과일을 먹으며 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다.

산에서 내려온 후 근처의 작은 카페에 들렀습니다. 창문 밖으로 보이는 산 풍경이 너무 아름다워서 커피 한 잔이 더 맛있게 느껴졌습니다. 그곳에서 다른 등산객들과 이야기도 나누었는데, 모두 자연을 좋아하고 자주 산에 간다고 했습니다.

이번 등산을 통해 저는 자연의 소중함을 다시 한 번 느꼈습니다. 평소에는 스마트폰이나 컴퓨터 앞에 앉아 있는 시간이 많지만, 가끔 이렇게 자연 속에서 시간을 보내면 마음이 깨끗해지고 행복해집니다. 앞으로는 일주일에 한 번이라도 가까운 공원이나 산을 찾아가서 산책을 하려고 합니다.
