In this episode, we’ll be doing an HSKK speaking practice. The topic is “Do you run every day? Why?”
First
是的，我经常跑步，虽然不是每天都跑，但也差不多了。我一般早上去家附近的公园，因为那里空气新鲜，人也不多。Shì de, wǒ jīngcháng pǎobù, suīrán búshì měitiān dōu pǎo, dàn yě chàbuduō le. Wǒ yìbān zǎoshang qù jiā fùjìn de gōngyuán, yīnwèi nàlǐ kōngqì xīnxiān, rén yě bù duō.
有时候周末我会去河边跑，河边风景很好，跑步的时候很开心。跑步让我感觉很好，给我一天的能量。Yǒu shíhou zhōumò wǒ huì qù hébiān pǎo, hébiān fēngjǐng hěn hǎo, pǎobù de shíhou hěn kāixīn. Pǎobù ràng wǒ gǎnjué hěn hǎo, gěi wǒ yìtiān de néngliàng.
另外，学汉语很累，所以运动能帮我放松，也能让我学得更好。身体更健康了，心情也更好了。Lìngwài, xué Hànyǔ hěn lèi, suǒyǐ yùndòng néng bāng wǒ fàngsōng, yě néng ràng wǒ xué de gèng hǎo. Shēntǐ gèng jiànkāng le, xīnqíng yě gèng hǎo le.
跑完步以后，我会慢慢走回家，顺便买早饭。我觉得这样的早上特别好，又健康又舒服。Pǎo wán bù yǐhòu, wǒ huì màn man zǒu huí jiā, shùnbiàn mǎi zǎofàn. Wǒ juéde zhèyàng de zǎoshang tèbié hǎo, yòu jiànkāng yòu shūfu.
对我来说，跑步不仅是锻炼身体，也是一种让自己开心的方式，所以我非常喜欢跑步。Duì wǒ lái shuō, pǎobù bùjǐn shì duànliàn shēntǐ, yě shì yìzhǒng ràng zìjǐ kāixīn de fāngshì, suǒyǐ wǒ fēicháng xǐhuan pǎobù.
Second
我不会每天都跑步，但是我常常跑步，一个星期大概跑三四次。Wǒ búhuì měitiān dōu pǎobù, dànshì wǒ chángcháng pǎobù, yí gè xīngqī dàgài pǎo sān sì cì.
我喜欢跑步，有三个原因。Wǒ xǐhuan pǎobù, yǒu sān gè yuányīn.
第一，跑步对身体好。跑完步以后身体很舒服，坚持跑步能让身体更健康，就不容易生病。Dì-yī, pǎobù duì shēntǐ hǎo. Pǎo wán bù yǐhòu shēntǐ hěn shūfu, jiānchí pǎobù néng ràng shēntǐ gèng jiànkāng, jiù bù róngyì shēngbìng.
第二，跑步让我开心。有时候学习累了，或者遇到不高兴的事，我就去跑一跑。跑一会儿以后，心情就变好了。Dì-èr, pǎobù ràng wǒ kāixīn. Yǒu shíhou xuéxí lèi le, huòzhě yùdào bù gāoxìng de shì, wǒ jiù qù pǎo yì pǎo. Pǎo yíhuìr yǐhòu, xīnqíng jiù biàn hǎo le.
第三，跑步很方便。不用去很远的地方，也不用带很多东西。穿好运动鞋，在楼下、公园或者操场都可以跑。Dì-sān, pǎobù hěn fāngbiàn. Búyòng qù hěn yuǎn de dìfang, yě búyòng dài hěnduō dōngxi. Chuān hǎo yùndòngxié, zài lóuxià, gōngyuán huòzhě cāochǎng dōu kěyǐ pǎo.
但是，我不会天天跑步。身体需要休息，不能太累。我一般跑一天，休息一天，这样刚刚好。Dànshì, wǒ búhuì tiāntiān pǎobù. Shēntǐ xūyào xiūxi, bùnéng tài lèi. Wǒ yìbān pǎo yì tiān, xiūxi yì tiān, zhèyàng gānggāng hǎo.
