I came across a podcast about an 80 year old man sharing a valuable life lesson. This life lesson is the same lesson that I learned over the last few years. I hope that this podcast will give insights about business and entrepreneurship to those who want to try it out.

今日は、夢を叶えるために何をしたらいいかについてお話します。
みなさんは、将来どんな生活をしたいですか？
お金持ちになりたいですか？
きれいな家に住みたいですか？
海外旅行に行きたいですか？
人によって、いろいろな夢がありますね。

では、その夢のために、毎日どれくらい時間を使っていますか？
夢のために使う時間は、多いほうがいいです。

たとえば、憧れの生活をしている人の動画を見る。
好きな音楽を聞く。
ディフューザーを使って、いい香りをかぐ。
こういうふうに、五感（目・耳・鼻・口・体）を使うことがおすすめです。

私は毎朝ヨガをしています。
ヨガをすると、気持ちが前向きになります。
この行動もただの習慣と考えずに、理想の未来へ近づくための時間、自分を満たしている時間と考えています。
そして、ディフューザーを使って、いい香りをかぎながらヨガをすると、とても幸せな時間になります。

夢をかなえるために、もう一つ大事なことがあります。
それは「行動する」ことです。
行動しなければ、結果はありません。
行動を続けるから、結果が出ます。

人はすぐに成果が出る方法を探します。
でも、成功している人は、めんどうでもやります。
めんどうな気持ちを無視して、行動します。

そうすれば、あなたも夢に近づきます。
日本語を勉強しながら、理想の未来をかなえましょう！

每个人多多少少都有一些烦恼，不同年龄的人烦恼的事情可能不太一样。今天我们来听听一个采访，从5岁到90岁的人，聊聊他们人生的难题。采访有点长，我们分两次听，今天先听5岁到40岁的。
5岁：能不能不去上学啊？
10岁：我都这么大了，还要上学，所以应该没有办法了，就是要上一辈子学。我的人生难题是我以后上清华还是北大呀。
15岁：你先能考上初中再说吧。我喜欢我们班上的一个男生，他好像不喜欢我。
22岁：有可能是他不喜欢女生啊。（我的难题是）找不到男朋友。
25岁：找不着挺好的。因为找着也得分，挺不靠谱的，你还不如25岁找完了直接就结婚呢。
25岁：我想给我爸妈买房。我就想知道那些三十岁的人是怎么做到的。
30岁：你应该去问四十岁的人。我也没钱。我感觉自己到了人生的瓶颈期，比较迷茫。
40岁：在这个年龄有这种感觉我特别懂，不过，不要怕，坚持就是胜利。因为未来还有更大的瓶颈。我从15岁半就开始工作挣钱了。当过歌手，很有趣；当过演员，也很有趣；现在当导演了，也很有趣。我的疑问就是，我什么时候可以退休啊。
