преселити се= переехать  (Преселио/ла сам се из Русије у Србију.) 
изрека = поговорка 
"Ко се сели, тај се не весели" =букв. Кто переезжает, тому горе
веселити се =веселиться
морам признати = должен/на признаться 
слагати се СА КИМ/ЧИМ?  = быть согласен С КЕМ/ЧЕМ?  (Ја се слажем/не слажем СА тобом. Не бих се сложио са Вама.)
