今日は、シェアハウスについて語っております。 今まで、いくつものシェアハウスに住んでました。

いろいろなトラブルを経験し、本当に色々な経験をしました。 そんなシェアハウスでのトラブル、実際私が払っていた賃料まで公開してます！ 

お時間があれば、是非聞いていってください。 

【ひとことフレーズ】 

・警察沙汰（けいさつざた） →何か問題を起こし、警察のお世話になること or 警察に迷惑をかけること。 

例）昨日の夜、パーティで騒ぎすぎて、警察沙汰になった。 　 

・大の大人が（だいのおとなが） →大人（おとな）なのにも関わらず　 

例）大の大人が、酔っぱらって、人を殴って、警察沙汰になった。 　　

大の大人が、恥ずかしい。。。。。 

※　この表現は、ネガティブな表現でよく使われます。 　

もう大人（たぶん20歳以上？？）だから、そんなことで、他の人に迷惑かけるな！という意味合いが込められています。

・最上位機種（さいじょういきしゅ）

→　いくつかあるシリーズや製品の中で、一番グレードや性能がいい商品

例）レクサス RX450Hは　SUVシリーズの中でも最上位車種（しゃしゅ）である。

例）Iphone 13 Pro Max は Iphoneのシリーズの中でも最上位機種である。

My name is Kaichi. 

It is my pleasure to meet you.

This is the very first episode that I broadcasted. So let me introduce myself a little bit. 

I was born and raised in the north part of Japan where is called Akita. Akita is famous for cute girls which is called Akita Bijin and Akita dogs.

I studied in Canada and worked in New York as a real estate agent.

I just opened up my own brokerage in Akita and am supporting a lot of people from overseas to find an apartment.
