Este episodio es una pequeña reflexión sobre la disciplina y está recomendado para estudiantes de español con un nivel básico o intermedio, que tengan ganas de escuchar un acento argentino natural y cotidiano. 

Podés acompañar el audio leyendo la transcripción y, al finalizar, podrás realizar los quizzes asociados para evaluar tu comprensión y fijar conceptos. 

Si tienes el valor de respetar tu cuerpo -el templo que alberga a la persona que eres-, el dominio de ti mismo no estará muy lejos. Cada vez que vas al gimnasio para entrenarte un día en el que no tienes ganas de hacerlo, te fortaleces un poco más como ser humano. Cada vez que sales a correr un día de invierno, cuando sientes que el mejor lugar donde podrías estar es entre las sábanas, pones en práctica un poco más de tu humanidad. Trabajar tu condición física es una estupenda manera de mejorar tu carácter y de enriquecer tu calidad de vida. La buena salud es un auténtico tesoro. ¿Qué sentido tiene ser la persona más rica del cementerio?

ペットじゃない、いぬやねこのことです。

私の泊(と)まっているホテルにも、
ベランダにねこがいます。

トルコの人たちは、いぬやねこを
大切(たいせつ)にしていると、思います。

みんなが、やさしいです。

日本では、のら犬はほとんどいません。

でも、のら猫はたくさんいます。

トルコほどじゃないですが・・

そして、ねこにそれほどやさしくありません。
なきごえや、フンのもんだいがあるからです。
