L’anno prossimo Marco andrà a studiare inglese in Inghilterra per sei mesi. Ancora non parla bene la lingua, ma è sicuro che quando inizierà il corso di lingua a Londra, migliorerà moltissimo. Partirà il prossimo settembre, prenderà un aereo dall’aeroporto di Venezia e atterrerà all’aeroporto di Londra dopo un paio d’ore.



Quando sarà lì, prenderà la metropolitana per raggiungere il dormitorio della scuola. Ha già controllato come funzionano i corsi: ogni mattina frequenterà la lezione di inglese dal lunedì al venerdì dalle 9 a mezzogiorno. In classe ci saranno dieci studenti, tutti stranieri che andranno in Inghilterra per imparare la lingua. Gli insegnanti saranno madrelingua. Marco e i suoi compagni parleranno in inglese, ascolteranno degli audio, faranno tanti esercizi e scriveranno delle composizioni. Alla fine del semestre dovranno superare un esame. Dopo Marco potrà ricevere un certificato. Forse resterà nel Regno Unito due mesi in più, viaggerà per il Paese e praticherà la lingua.

Quando tornerà a Venezia, a casa sua, parlerà con tutti i clienti stranieri e continuerà a studiare inglese con i corsi online.

Perché Marco studierà l’inglese? Ha un sogno nel cassetto: fare il giro del mondo. Quando il suo inglese sarà perfetto, metterà in pausa il suo negozio, preparerà la valigia e partirà. Visiterà quanti più Paesi possibile in un anno. Parlare inglese lo aiuterà a comunicare in molti paesi stranieri: chiederà informazioni ai passanti quando si perderà, farà amicizia con altri turisti, si divertirà tantissimo.

Marco è molto emozionato e non vede l’ora di partire!
