한국에는 봄, 여름, 가을, 겨울 네 계절이 있습니다.
봄에는 날씨가 따뜻합니다. 꽃이 많이 핍니다. 사람들이 공원에 갑니다. 벚꽃이 아름답습니다. 많은 사람이 사진을 찍습니다. 따뜻한 바람이 불고, 기분이 좋습니다.
여름에는 날씨가 덥습니다. 햇빛이 강합니다. 비가 많이 옵니다. 이것을 장마라고 합니다. 사람들은 바다에서 수영을 합니다. 아이들은 수영장에서 물놀이를 합니다. 더운 날에는 아이스크림을 먹습니다.
가을에는 날씨가 시원합니다. 바람이 불고, 하늘이 맑습니다. 나무 잎이 빨갛고 노랗습니다. 이때를 단풍철이라고 합니다. 많은 사람이 산에 갑니다. 단풍을 보고 사진을 찍습니다. 가을에는 맛있는 과일이 많습니다. 사과와 배가 달고 맛있습니다.
겨울에는 날씨가 춥습니다. 눈이 옵니다. 사람들이 두꺼운 옷을 입습니다. 아이들이 눈사람을 만들고, 눈싸움을 합니다. 어떤 사람들은 스키장에 갑니다. 겨울에는 따뜻한 음식이 인기 있습니다. 뜨거운 국과 찌개를 많이 먹습니다.
한국의 날씨는 다양합니다. 계절마다 다른 옷을 입고, 다른 활동을 합니다. 그래서 한국의 사계절은 아주 재미있습니다.

오늘은 이야기

Ingredients:
3 onions
3 carrots
2 potatoes
1 parsnip or turnip
3 celery sticks
250 g  mushrooms
1 ½ tbsp plain flour 
500 ml vegetable stock made with 1.5 stock cubes
1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp tomato puree
1 tsp mixed herbs
2 dashes of Tabasco sauce
120 g frozen peas
Freshly ground pepper

Method:

Roughly chop all the vegetables (except frozen peas) and place in a large bowl.
Stir in the flour, herbs and pepper.
Tip into slow cooker.
To the stock add and mix in the Balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, tabasco sauce and tomato puree.
Pour over the vegetables.
Cook until vegetables are tender.
