This morning, we watched a news which was the company's entrance ceremony this year.  They were held face to face for the first time in four years on April 3rd. Monday.   I was able to watch a lot of smiles of the new guys and girls. 
Today I'm going to talk about three company's entrance ceremony that were impactful to me.

4月4日火曜日　今朝のニュースは、4月3日月曜日に行われたさまざまな会社の入社式の模様が報道されました。
対面での入社式が行われたのが、実に4年ぶりだったことに、私は改めて驚きました。
日本航空　JALは、コロナの影響で3年間客室乗務員の採用がなかったそうです。そのため、その間ＪＡＬへの就職を希望していた学生たちは、他の会社に就職して　採用再開を待っていたと言っていました。　ＪＡＬの入社式は羽田空港の飛行機の格納庫で行われていました。　広いスペースが、去年の6倍の2000人の新入社員で埋め尽くされていました。　そして何より印象的だったのが、それぞれの「抱負」を書いた紙飛行機を飛ばしたときの彼らの笑顔です。本当に晴れやかな笑顔で、テレビのこちらで見ている私まで嬉しくなりました。
それから、東京都を走る小田急電鉄の入社式も印象的でした。　今年の秋で引退する特急ロマンスカー「ＶＳＥ」の車内で　入社式が行われていました。　式典のあと、列車に乗車したまま新宿駅に移動すると、駅のホームでは歓迎のメッセージを持った先輩社員たちが出迎えてくれていました。　鉄道会社らしい素敵な入社式ですよね。
もう一社、印象に残ったのは、ユニリーバ・ジャパン・カスタマーマーケティングの入社式です。こちらも4年ぶりに本社開催だったそうですが、髪型、服装は自由、マスク着用も自由。「自分らしさを表した髪型、髪色」「服装も入社式にこだわらなくていい」とのこと。
入社式といえば、黒や紺のスーツに白色のカッターシャツかブラウスというのがお決まりのスタイル。　自由に自分で決めるということは、案外難しいことだと思いますが、ユニリーバの新入社員さんたちは、会社からのそのリクエストを楽しんでいるように見えました。　
コロナ渦で閉じ込められてきた若いエネルギーが解き放たれた瞬間を　入社式のニュースで見ることができました。　入社、おめでとう！
