人类和其他物体在理论上来说，都只是原子的集合。

成年人的身体大概有7,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000个原子。(7后面有27个0)

zhòng suǒ zhōu zhī ， yuán zǐ zhōng chāo guò 99.9％ de bù fèn shì zhēn kōng de ， suǒ yǐ rén tǐ 99.9％ shì zhēn kōng de 。
 众所周知，原子中超过99.9％的部分是真空的，所以人体99.9％是真空的。 
rú guǒ qù chú tǐ nèi zhēn kōng de bù fèn ， rén de shēn tǐ jiāng huì tān suō chéng yī gè biān cháng xiǎo yú 1/500 lí mǐ de lì fāng tǐ 
如果去除体内真空的部分，人的身体将会坍缩成一个边长小于1/500厘米的立方体。

b. I swim at the YMCA downtown.

6. a. Me too.  But I've never seen you there.
    b. I swim at 6am in the morning before work.

7. a. Oh, I see. I swim at 5pm just after work. So  that's why we've never crossed paths.
     b. I'm usually still sitting in traffic at 5pm on my way home.
