1- eat less and healthy food vegetables fruits less bread
2- do exercise that you love like football ,basketball, running any game that moveing the body
3- walking after each meal that helps your digestive system
4- eat slowly that you can eat less
And the last thing us moveinggggg it's agreat things to do
