Rain is forecasted for today. I don’t like rain, but I understand that it’s important for Earth, so I can’t completely hate it. Can you tell me some good things about rain?

Rain is usually good for vegetation which includes, trees, flowers but also crops. Besides I know some people like the sound of rain falling on their roof and windows at home, it creates some kind of special atmosphere.
