What does "dream on" mean in the dialogue?
"Listen, Sally! I'm not a wimp! But he's put people in hospital before now... and I'd rather not be the next one."
"Oh come on, he hasn't really!"
"Dream on! But I know he has, 'cos I happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time once.... And he saw me. Now I'm not going to say any more about it. But if I were you, I'd try an' stay on the right side of Snoo."

It is an ironic idiomatic expression that means "stop deluding yourself". Deluding: fooling, tricking.

"Dream on" is another way of saying something is not going to happen. It is similar to the phrase "In your dreams." In reality, it of course is encouraged to follow your dreams but these phrases suggest that something is not true. I suppose in this case it is a rebuttal to the statement "Oh come on he hasn't really" as another way of saying "Yes he has!"
