People who have been learning second language from their childhood usually know this language better than ones who start their learning process at more mature age. They can even become as good communicators as native speakers, in spite of the fact that their target language isn’t spoken by their relatives. I‘ve seen loads of videos where little children speak in different languages with natives like they are ones. On those TV-shows parents always said, that they had decided their kids to learn languages so early just to receive cooler results faster. And I think it makes sense, the sooner the better.

Couldn't agree more! Personally, i believe that when we are kids our internal grammar (or our hability to learn a language) it's in it full develop work since we are still gathering words and constructing our native-language vocabulary. In this sense, having contact with another languages as kids, would make more easy to notice the aspects of that other language and understanding it's parameters/structures as well as ours. Definetly, the sooner the better!

When you learn a language being an adult you have more tools to reach a deep knowledge of it and a great capability of comprehension and expression that children are not able to achieve, although they speak with a perfect pronunciacion.
