Oh no.. I made such a rookie mistake and am so bummed out.
Well, a fresh cup of coffee may do the trick to pull my self together. Let’s take five.
Do they sound natural?

It's seems ok to me, I would maybe simplify the second sentence: "Well, I'll need a fresh cup of coffee to pull my self together. Let’s take five."

In writing, "myself" is one word, not two. "...to pull myself together..."
