the first can be 我在你对面的房子(里)or 我在你房子的对面
the second also is 我在我外面的房子
the third is 我在我里面的房子

Hi I'm not a native speaker but I think it should be:
我在你的房子(家)对面。
我在你的房子(家)外面。
我在家里。
