I have never been bothered by the problem of overweight, for my opinion taking veg everyday is integral part of extracting necessary nutrition for human body, because vegetables contain a abundant of vitamins and other nutrients. Which methods are the best way to diet are doing exercise and reasonable reducing calorie intake from food. most of people who are overweight have some bad habits in their daily lifes such as eating too much dessert after meal or taking some foods before go to bed that is difficult to digest. however getting too much weight is because your lifestyle.
