work someone up..................wind someone up.................
From the Longman Dictionary: (work somebody up) to make someone very angry, excited, or upset about something
When I read this definition, I felt it was similar to 'wind someone up.' Do they have nuances?
I believe every family with more than two siblings have the same problem.
1. They can't stop winding each other up.
2. They can't stop working each other up.
Do they both sound OK?
Thank you very much. :)
