I’ve been using iTalki for over five years and have completed more than 500 lessons. As someone who designs interfaces professionally, I find the new update overly complicated and not user-friendly. I can’t even locate my existing package information with my mentor anymore—I had to ask her directly how many lessons I’ve completed. The previous interface was much more intuitive. I don’t understand why iTalki invested in making the platform harder to use instead of improving clarity and usability.

Alas! The writing is on the wall, Ben. I'm enveloped in a profound sense of loss. Bereft, as it were. Italki has left me adrift in a sea of dreaded interface trauma. 🤔

I asked for it and they told me that's not possible. They deleted "My teacher" section. What a disaster the new layout!!
