The grammar is correct, but the first one doesn't sound natural. More natural sentences might be: What does your mom enjoy doing every day? or . . What does your mom like to do every day?

Happily is used best in a statement and not in a question. The dog happily eats the food. Was the dog happy to eat the food? It's best as a statement.
