What does "prestige" mean in this context? It's about high-skilled chef opening her own restaurant?

I disagree a bit with the other responses. It's a bit difficult to hear the beginning of the audio, but it sounds like the word "prestige" is in the sentence "ticking off ... boxes" and she says that the "food felt safe" "derivative" and with "no soul". So it seems to me that the speaker isn't really using the word "prestige" in the normal sense (i.e. denoting something that arouses widespread respect or admiration), because they are saying that the food is a bit false, lacking "authenticity". So she chooses it to describe food that wins awards (like Michelin stars) but maybe lacks something. She obviously couldn't say "ticking off the good taste boxes" if she means it doesn't actually taste good.
