The rain just wouldn't quit today! I squeezed in a quick jog between downpours. Later, Mom and I went on a window-shopping mission to IKEA. Technically, we were looking for a new wardrobe for me, but nothing really fit the vibe of my room. And honestly, it wasn't a top priority anyway. So, back home we came, empty-handed but satisfied. You see, saving the money that is ready to be spent is a sort of achievement too, rather delightful. Tonight, it's back to singing practice! As for the wardrobe...well, Dad, the self-proclaimed machinist, (or maybe DIY expert) bragged a lot about how capable he was. Surely he can mend a wardrobe, right?
