My parent’s lives in France and they are retired , I have 1 sister her name is Delphine and she have forty nine years old. Between 2011 and 2020 I had my own bakery in France near Lyon in Saint-Etienne with ten people staff , I sold my bakery on October 2019 .i’m pastry and bread chef since seventeen years . now I work in small bakery in Quebec with 3 people staff and I’m a chef of production, my bakery is an organic bakery . After my contract of 2 years I would like to go to the anglophone country for work or maybe I will buy a bakery . see you soon remy
