What's the difference between ( turned to be) and ( turned out to be )?

"turned to be" is probably a mistake. "turned out to be" is correct.

The phrasal verb “turn out” is used to kind of describe how things will end up, or the results/conclusion of something. It’s easier to explain with examples.
I didn’t want to go the party, but it turned out to be amazing.
I hope my son doesn’t turn out to be a criminal.
Actually, it’s turning out to be a nice day.
As for “turned to be”, I can’t really think of what situation you would use this..
“He turned to be punched in the face” ?
That would mean that he turned his body so that he could be punched in the more easily. Lol.
I don’t know when else you would use this.
