Did you know that the past participle in English can be used as an adjective?
1. The past participle is used to show that something is already done or accomplished.
Example: "The broken vase" – here, "broken" (past participle of "break") describes the vase's present state.
2. Past participles can convey extra information about the noun, providing details about its condition.
Example: "A written document" – "written" (past participle of "write") tells us the document has been created in writing.
Some common adjectival past participles: "Advanced technology" (past participle of "advance"), "crowded room" (past participle of "crowd").
