Thank you to everyone who suggested ways to learn English without forcing myself. I am now trying to improve by writing about my routine, but I am not sure if it is correct or not, so I am just doing it.
"I usually eat both dishes for breakfast before I go to work, but my lunch depends on my mood and energy. Most of the time, I have fast food for dinner, which is why I cannot lose my belly fat."
Please note that "menus" usually refers to a list of dishes available at a restaurant, whereas "dishes" refers to specific meals that you eat. Additionally, instead of saying "eat fast food," it's better to say "have fast food" to use proper English. Finally, it's important to note that eating fast food frequently may not be the only factor causing belly fat. A balanced diet and regular exercise are essential for maintaining a healthy weight.
