The best way to improve the quality of education in a country is to increase teachers' salaries. Personally, I believe that teachers' private lives can directly affect educational attainment. I think for two reasons that I'll explore in the next review. Teachers can first acquire the prerequisites for their life, thereby they become more and more comfortable and consequently can teach without hectic, whereby they can increase their concentration on leading the class. In other professions we can see people struggling to make a living because of their low income.For example, my father was always busy managing his payments to cover household expenses. I remember when my father did not have enough money to support our family in my childhood, he became very sad and frustrated, his emotions influenced us directly, so the lack of money depressed me and I did my homework well.
