My bedtime isn't fixed, sometimes I go to bed very early, and sometimes very late. I tried so hard to to go to the bed on a specific time, but I am failed. Sleeping on different times affect Sleep pattern which have bad effects on mental health, but still I am doing it, mostly because of Tiktok.

Sleeping at different times affect my sleep pattern, which effects my mental health. Despite this, I am still not going to be at a consistent time. This is mostly because I'm watching TikToks.
