Italki is the best language app! You can get free help and advice like this here on this forum, but if you are serious then I recommend you book a class with a teacher. Apps are helpful additional tools but can’t yet teach you the language exactly. Teachers who are perhaps starting out or community tutors (those without teaching certification) often charge a lot less than more-experienced teacher, so if you have a tight budget you can still find someone to help.
