I’m not studying Japanese, but based on the Chinese characters, they both could be translated as "isolated". The first one appears to be a fairly neutral way of saying “alone”, or perhaps (with negative connotations) “lonely”. The second one might mean “aloof”. You can look those English words up in the online dictionary or dictionaries of your choice. If you’re learning English, a good exercise would be for you to explain the meaning of those words using the English that you already know — so I won’t spoil it by doing it for you. The value of such an exercise is enormous — so many students think they need to spend time learning new words for every little thing, when in reality they need to learn to make proper use of the words they already know.
