There was some confusion with the world tackle. You tackle the problem or an issue by making a determined effort. How are we going to tackle the rising resignation in our company? I think the word you wanted to use was handle. I still was able/ managed to handle the cold or lack of support etc. ( manage the situation or an obstacle) Hope it helps.
