Which one is correct?
A. CEO Office
B. CEO's Office
If I need to put it on the door, should I use option A, if I only express sb's office, should I use option B, am I right? thank you so much for your help.

To put a sign on the door of the office you could just write CEO
If you’re talking about that office you would refer to it as the CEO’s office
