Well, I have many hobbies, I really enjoy doing exercises like yoga or weightlifting at my home. I go hiking with my pets sometimes, It’s really entertaining to go out with my pets and do some outdoor activities. I love traveling, too. If I could travel all year, I would be very happy, I love to know new countries and cultures. I like reading, dancing and sometimes I really enjoy cooking.

Hola Macarena. Muy bien hecho. No hace falta decir "my" porque "home" es normalmente tu casa. Para la casa de otra persona decimos "house", por ejemplo, "My mother's house". "Know new countries" - sí, conocer, pero es diferente en inglés. Es como el proceso de conocer, así que, "get to know". Saludos desde España, Simón.
