Hi Jackson,
The are some words where TH is pronounced as T such as Thomas, Thai and Thames.
The wordreference website is good for checking pronunciation as it shows phonetic spelling and you can listen to examples.
Also, people from the Republic of Ireland often pronounce TH as T. For example, an Irish person would say "Tirty Tree" instead of Thirty Three. It's just the pronunciation though, it is still written the same.

As a general rule, the "t" and "h" in "th" are pronounced as separate sounds when being used with 'compound words' in English.
For example,
foot-hill is foothill
light-house is lighthouse
In examples such as these the "t" and the "h" are pronounced separately.
In many cases the "th" sounds in English could almost be seen as one letter. The term "digraph" is the name for this "t" "h" forming a single sound as combined "th."
Consider: thing, this, then, bathe smooth. It's endless! Voice coaches would know more about "voiceless dental fricatives" and "voiced dental fricatives" when using our "th" sounds in English.
Good luck with your learning goals!
