‘Psyched’ is a colloquial adjective expressing excitement or anticipation.

‘To psych someone up about something’ is to make them feel positive about it. ‘
I’m trying to psych myself up about my trip to London, but I’ve already seen everything there I want to see.

1. 'inclined to . .' is quite common, meaning that someone or something is likely to do something.
2. 'psyched up' is colloquial, meaning mentally prepared for something. It's not that commonly used.
3. 'Interpretation' is commonly used in formal and academic writing and discussion, less commonly in everyday conversation, but is perfectly acceptable.
