It's a sunny day today. In the morning, Mom went out to run errands and didn't come back until lunchtime. So, Dad and I strolled over to the newly opened burger joint for lunch. They have some interesting burgers. The buns are hard and chewy, resembling the crust of pretzels. And instead of tomato slices, they use a big chunk of pineapple. The fries are thicker than my thumb. Dad even found a Peking duck burger and the legendary hot-hot Mapo tofu burger on the menu, which are quite unique. So the basic logic here is to put whatever the local flavors are between the buns, creating an authentic local spin. We'll definitely come back again.
