It was a sunny day. Fortunately, my mom booked tickets without any transfers,
making the trip home much less of a hassle. The only regret was that we didn't
try the most famous fish ‘n’ chips in Hong Kong. It’s said that The Whitebeard
restaurant makes the best fish ‘n’ chips, even better than the original ones in
London. (Some people would say they are better in the north of England, certainly cheaper!) Sadly, we didn’t know about the need for reservations, my dad thought it
was a walk-in. However, I highly recommend trying the lemon tea at Cha Chan
Tang. Never underestimate a good lemon tea! A lot of effort and technique goes
into brewing the perfect tea base. One day, I will figure out how to make it and
become really rich selling it around the world.
