Both are correct but it depends on the situation. I have found a new job = news. It happened very recently and you're updating me about your life I found a new job = a finished action in the past. Maybe you're telling me this to explain why you moved to a new city/country. This difference applies to British English.

They are both grammatically correct, it’s just the tenses that are different, but they mean the same thing. ‘I found’ - past tense. ‘I have found’ - present perfect tense. (In this instance, present perfect tense indicates that you found the job in the past, but it is continuing to the present time.)
