"The type 1 conditional is used to refer to the present or future where the situation is real.""
Is conditional type 1 used for present situations or it's only for a possible future?

The first conditional describes what will happen if some realistic condition is met. It doesn't have to be far into the future, but it has to have not happened yet. It could just be a few seconds into the future:
If there's a game on TV, I'll watch it.
If there's any juice in the fridge, I'll have a glass.

no, 0 and 1 are for real, while 2 and 3 conditionals are for unreal

We use type 1 condition when we talk about real or possible situations, in this case we have present tense in the if clause and (will )or any clue to future in the result clause
