Good question! All of these make sense, but I usually say "range hood." Many people would just say "the fan." For example, "There is too much smoke from frying that fish. You should turn on the fan!" Good luck!

UK here. I've quickly checked a few big chains that supply such things and it is officially called a 'cooker hood' there. 'Extractor hood' sounds OK to me too as it is a hood for the extractor. 'Range hood' may be said by people who have a range but that's quite rare here.
